Villa Victoria Academy is the one of the oldest all-girls Catholic schools in New Jersey. Located on a beautiful 44-acre campus on the Delaware River, Villa Victoria draws students from New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Villa Victoria offers a Middle School (grades 6-8) and High School (grades 9-12). Just a short, five-minute drive from Yardley, transportation is available to students coming from most Bucks County school districts.
This past summer Villa Victoria installed a TV studio in the school. This has allowed students to learn both sides of broadcasting–behind the scenes as directors, camera operators and microphone techs and in front of the camera as broadcasters.
Each morning announcements are done as a live newscast which is sent throughout the school on closed circuit television. Members of the student body report on the news, sports and weather at VVA. In the future, a class will be offered in broadcasting using Comcast’s curriculum.
Villa Victoria places an emphasis on the development of the whole student-academically, spiritually, emotionally and developmentally through a wide range of clubs, sports and extracurricular activities. Villa provides a safe, positive learning environment for young women.
Its mission is to educate students to a global view, to uphold the dignity of each individual and to empower students to influence the world in a truly Christian manner. With its small classes and individualized attention, Villa Victoria instills character and confidence in its girls, so that each has the ability to achieve success.
