2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 cup unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks), melted
1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated jumbo biscuits, each biscuit sliced 1/2-inch thick
crosswise
1 cup raspberry preserves
2 teaspoons orange zest
- Preheat 3-quart or larger air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes. In wide, shallow dish, whisk sugar and cinnamon; place butter in second wide, shallow dish.
- Spray both sides of biscuit pieces with cooking spray. In 3 batches, air fry biscuit pieces 5 minutes or until golden brown, carefully turning once; carefully dip in butter to coat, then in sugar mixture to coat and place on serving platter. Makes about 48 fries.
- In small bowl, whisk preserves and zest. Makes about 1 cup.
- Serve fries with preserves mixture for dipping.
