The Jesse W. Soby American Legion Post #148 in Langhorne is sponsoring its Eight Annual 5K Run/Fun Walk on Saturday, November 4th, starting at 9:00am, through Langhorne Borough. Sign-up is at 8:00am at the Post, 115 W. Richardson Avenue, Langhorne.
Proceeds from the race will benefit Veterans’ charities such as Salute 2 Service, and Shamrock Reins, a Nonprofit Organization, which provide Veterans Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies, and other Veteran’s charities and projects.
All charities and projects are carefully selected so that the majority, if not all of the donated funds, go directly to the veterans with little or no administrative costs.
