With a background in accounting from Franklin & Marshall, he left the corporate world after 15 years in the field to find a better work/life balance to spend more time with his wife and two sons. He bought his first UPS Store franchise in Warminster, and then expanded to Doylestown a few years later.
The third location opened in Valley Square in April. A customer-service mindset is a core value that is emphasized at every store.
