AOY is honored to have Leah Triplett Harrington, the Director of Exhibitions and Contemporary Curatorial Initiatives at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) curate this show!
“We are thrilled to celebrate the 12th year of our Juried Art Exhibition,” said Bette Sovinee, Executive Director. “Our goal is to provide a platform for artists to showcase their unique perspectives and artistic styles. This year’s exhibition is no exception. The diversity of styles and perspectives on display is a testament to the vibrant art scene in this region.”
Visitors can expect to see a range of themes and subjects, from abstract pieces to realistic depictions of everyday life.
Each artwork represents the artist’s individual vision and creativity. The Juried Art Exhibition offers cash prizes as well as Honorable Mention Awards by Jerry’s Artarama of Lawrenceville adding an extra incentive for artists to bring their best creations to the show.
Winners are announced at the opening reception on Friday, April 12th from 6:00-8:00pm. Admission is free and open to the public.
