In celebration of 325 years as a township, Buckingham is inviting residents to take your best picture of the township – the scenery, your kids playing at the park, a special location – and submit it for prizes and inclusion in the Buckingham Township calendar for 2025.
The contest runs now through September 1st, 2024. Residents will be able to view and vote for their favorites at township Summer Concerts at Hansell Park and at the Township Office.
Winners will be announced in September and will be selected from the following categories:
- Twelve-years-old or under;
- Thirteen- to 17-years-old;
- Adult – 18 and over.
Send your entry to mjatkinson@buckinghampa.org with the subject line PHOTO CONTEST and include your name, address and age.
Also include a brief description of your picture. There is a limit of three pictures per person. E-mail the above address with any questions.
