April is poetry month, and the kids will be celebrating at the library’s ”Poetrypalooza” on Tuesday, April 30th at 2:00pm.
Children will write their own poem and create a poetry collage.

Alzheimer’s and other dementias are devastating. Learn about these diseases on Saturday, May 4 at 1:00pm. A representative of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will present “The Impact of Alzheimer and Dementia in Our Community.” Registration is required.
The Friends “Second Saturday” program series continues on Saturday, May 11th at 1:00pm with “The Evolution of Music and Sound Reproduction.” Join Norm Rubin as he explores the reproduction of sound from the music box to Alexa and beyond. Registration is required.
Talk About YourSHELF is a book group where members talk about the good books they are reading. Get ideas and give ideas for great books. Next meeting is Thursday, May 16 at 6:00pm. Perhaps you had the idea of putting to paper your interesting life stories.
In the program “Memoirs & Legacy Letters” on Saturday, May 18th at 1:00pm, Jennifer Nelson, a Bucks County writer, will teach you how to start a legacy letter or memoir, what to focus on, and how to develop a plan to finish it. Registration required
On Monday, May 20th at 6:00pm, a representative from the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) will present pertinent information about college funding and planning.
