Having sold many homes in Morrisville over the years, and having many friends and family who reside in the Borough, I’m often asked, “How does Morrisville compare to other municipalities in Bucks County?”
Based on statistics from several sources, Morrisville is doing very well. The aggregate price increases in Bucks County real estate was between 4% and 5% for the year.
Some townships and boroughs did better than others, but Morrisville was measured at 12%, which is great! Keep in mind that part of the reason is that Morrisville is affordable and allows many buyers to get into the market.
There is often much information on industry websites which reference the entire 19067 zip code, including Falls, Yardley, and Lower Makefield. The figures I’m quoting are strictly Morrisville Borough.
In my opinion, I feel many homes in the Borough are sold undervalue. With the lack of inventory and prices so high, I would predict values in Morrisville will do quite well in the coming year, due to its affordability.
As of this date we have only seven listings, and 45 homes sold in the last six months. A very healthy market! We do expect the lack of inventory to continue, and since inventory drives the market, we should have a very good year.

Many people rely on Zillow, which is notoriously inaccurate. I’ve seen many listings sell at or above ask price and still could have sold higher.
