TeaVa Rolls opened in March and brings authentic Vietnamese selections to Doylestown.
Owner, Nikki Truong, who grew up in the restaurant business, is a former hospital pharmacist. She never lost her connection to Vietnamese cuisine and she, along with her husband Danny and partners Quinny Tran and Katie Pham, decided to join together and open a restaurant that features traditional Vietnamese dishes.
The restaurant is bright and airy with tables and couches for diners to relax and enjoy their lunch or coffee. The dining room features a beautiful hand-painted mural of a traditional Vietnamese scene which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. Outdoor dining on the patio is also available.
Traditional Vietnamese food is lighter than other Asian cuisines and offers alternatives to rice as the base. Selections include summer rolls, rice or rice noodle bowls, banh mi (baguette sandwiches) all with options for a variety of vegetable, protein and sauce options. Gluten friendly and vegetarian choices are available.
The menu is designed to give customers the opportunity to try new foods while still allowing for individual preferences. Not a fan of cilantro? No problem. Not sure if you are in the mood for shrimp or chicken? Why not have both! Tired of rice? Try our fresh, flavorful ingredients inside a rice paper roll or crispy baguette instead. The choices are endless!

TeaVa Rolls is located at 812 N. Easton Road, Unit 9, Doylestown, PA 18902. They are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10AM to 7PM and Sundays from 11AM to 5PM. Closed on Tuesdays.
