Twilight Wish Foundation welcomes new board member

Twilight Wish Foundation, a national nonprofit headquartered in Jamison, Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce that Kelly Boyle has joined their Advisory Board of Directors.

Boyle currently serves as Assistant Vice President, Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility and Government Relations at Penn Community Bank and is a member of the institution’s Impact Team.

In her role, Boyle oversees the day-to-day operations of the Penn Community Bank Foundation, coordinates team member community involvement and volunteerism, and supports crucial regulatory initiatives.

Boyle brings a deep professional background to the organization, having previously worked in casework and community support positions throughout the region and as the Director of Constituent Advocacy and Federal Agency Liaison in the office of the late Congressman Michael G. Fitzpatrick. Her favorite part of her current role is engagement with the community and truly making a difference.

“I am passionate about assisting the community and believe respecting the elderly is essential to building a compassionate and inclusive community,” said Boyle. “Twilight Wish fosters a culture of empathy and appreciation for the wisdom, life experiences and contributions to society made by the generations who have blazed the path before us. Participating in their mission to make the world a nicer place to age, one Twilight Wish at a time is an honor.”

Outside of work, Boyle enjoys learning about history and traveling the country in her RV “Betsy” to see as many national parks as possible.

She lives in Langhorne with her husband, has five adult children and three goofy golden retrievers.

Twilight Wish Foundation is a national nonprofit charitable organization whose mission is to honor and enrich the lives of deserving elders through wish granting celebrations that connect generations.

Since its founding in 2003, Twilight Wish has granted over 5,998 individual wishes to seniors throughout the US. Twilight Wish grants wishes to seniors who are 65 and older or a permanent resident of a nursing home and earn less than 200% of poverty level.
