A dynamic new addition to the Bucks County landscape has arrived. Max’s Electric Bikes is a haven for electric bicycle enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
Opening its doors in May, Max’s brings new enthusiasm for this sector of bicycling culture and hopes to change the way Doylestown and the surrounding areas commute and recreate.
Located conveniently on North Easton Road, Max’s boasts a spacious, modern store adorned with rows of gleaming electric bicycles, each a testament to cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly transportation solutions. The store’s interior is clean, organized, and functional, including a complete service area for repairs and upgrades. The shop is designed to welcome both seasoned cyclists and novices alike.
“We’re thrilled to bring Max’s Electric Bikes to Doylestown,” beams John Clauer, partner and ebike enthusiast. “I’ve lived my life as an avid bike rider, but as I got older and life and career got in the way, biking took a back seat. The purchase of an ebike a couple years ago changed everything. I resumed riding every day for fun but soon realized the ebike could almost replace my car. It became my mission to empower people with a new kind of mobility that’s not only efficient but also enjoyable.”
The shop features an impressive lineup of electric bicycles from top brands, including Aventon, Velotric, Mokwheel, and Aima, catering to diverse preferences and needs. From sleek urban models perfect for navigating city streets to robust off-road versions ideal for exploring Bucks County’s scenic trails, Max’s ensures there’s a ride for every adventure.
Max’s hopes to be more than just a bike shop – it is striving to become a community hub where enthusiasts can gather to share stories, seek advice, and take part in group rides that showcase the beauty of Doylestown and its surroundings.
Max’s Electric Bikes is located in Barnaby’s Plaza at 807 N. Easton Rd. in Doylestown. Call 215-817-7330 or visit maxselectricbikes.com for more information.
