Since 2000, CLC has provided educational services, personalized to meet the needs of each individual served. Through its Education Program, CLC serves those between the ages of three and 21 and continues to provide services to those over the age of 21 in its Adult Life Skills Program.

Today, CLC serves families within the Greater Philadelphia area who depend on the efforts of AJF to support the operations and growth of the program.

One of AJF’s most successful events is the AJF Ride 4 Autism, taking place at Lower Makefield Township Park, 1100 Edgewood Rd. in Yardley. This family fun event offers two route options, a 50K Ride for experienced riders and a 12-mile family ride.
