Chef Esposito is the esteemed owner and chef of Gusto Ristorante Italiano BYOB. Since establishing his restaurant in 2022, he has remained dedicated to providing an authentic Italian dining experience.
His commitment to authenticity encompasses using ingredients imported directly from Italy to ensure that each dish served is a true reflection of Italian culinary traditions. Moreover, he consistently explores new recipes to enhance his restaurant’s offerings and makes each dish with care.
Alongside his attention to detail in the kitchen, Chef Esposito takes on the responsibilities in front of the house as well, answering phone calls and taking reservations to oversee all operations of his business.
Prior to opening Gusto Ristorante, he honed his skills as a chef and pizzaiolo.
Growing up in Italy, Chef Esposito was exposed to the culinary world early on, with his father owning various pizza restaurants, and this early exposure to the restaurant industry laid the foundation for his passion and instilled in him the desire to bring real Italian cuisine to the US.
Over the years, his expertise in Italian cuisine has been recognized by patron and peers alike.
