We have extensive knowledge of home values and pricing in the areas you are considering. We are able to advise you of comparable sales and market trends enabling you, our buyer client, as to the best and most successful path towards securing your home.
We have extensive knowledge of the current mortgage and financing market and have varied lenders at our disposal whose lending programs fit your needs. Remember, there is not a “one stop shop” that fits all buyer clients.
We have professionals available in many related fields including home inspectors, wood infestation, radon, stucco, water and sewer. We have a clear understanding of title searches and what to look for to ensure that our buyer clients get a perfectly pure title at closing.
