Spotlight: Unstuck at Fallsington United Methodist Church

Do you wake up feeling Blah? Does every day seem to bring exactly what yesterday did? Are you asking yourself the question, “Is this all there is?” Have you dealt with trauma or grief and are now wondering, “What now?” Are you struggling with adjusting to the ‘new normal’? Do you wake up every day with that “Groundhog Day” feeling? In short, are you feeling stuck?

Life Coaches Robert and Stacey Kaucher, along with the rest of the Madison’s Path crew, lead an eight-week program that teaches you how to take control of your life. By being mindful, having gratitude, and living in the present moment, you can learn to not only not let the past control you, but how to make real and measurable progress towards your goals for tomorrow. All of the techniques and practices we teach are backed by the latest techniques utilized by mental health professionals.

Life loves to throw the unexpected at us. Often times we feel like life is happening TO us and our control is non-existent. With some small mindset chances, coupled with proven methods, you can learn to take control and start building the life you desire and move towards your goals.

Topics covered in the classes include self-care, self-judgment, expectations, communication, forgiveness, and gratitude.

These free classes meet every Wednesday evening at 7 pm, beginning September 18. To register for classes, please email either bob@madisonspath.com or stacey@madisonspath.com or you can call Fallsington United Methodist Church at 215-295-1379.
