    Morrisville Winterfest Parade 2024

    Save the date!

Morrisville’s Winterfest parade will be held on Saturday, December 7 from 2 – 4 pm (note the new later starting time), with a rain date of December 8.

The parade is once again sponsored by Hot Rides, 80 Bridge St. in Morrisville. We are grateful for their continued support.

The parade will line up at 1 pm at the Temple Christian Jireh, 100 Post Rd. in Morrisville.

You or your organization are welcome to participate. To enter please contact Audrey McNulty, parade chairperson, at pensykidsmdam@hotmail.com or 267-566-7026. If you choose to email please put MORRISVILLE WINTERFEST PARADE in the subject line. If you call please leave a message about your interest in the parade and your call will be quickly returned. Please reach out no later than Friday, November 22. After that, the lineup will be set.

Your organization may toss candy to spectators along the parade route or hand out flyers.

This event is non-political, so please, no political handouts or activities. You may also play music or have live musicians performing.

The parade organizers have already contacted Santa, who has graciously agreed to participate again this year. Since he will be bringing up the rear of the parade please do not dress as Santa. It would be difficult explaining multiple Santas to children. But please dress seasonally; the more holiday cheer, the better.

Once again there will be a “Best float” contest. To participate, there is a $25 contest entrance fee, and the winner will receive a cash prize. There must be at least four floats entered to run the contest.

    Remember — December 7! 2 pm!

All entrants must be in by November 22.

    See you there!
