The Churchville Inn has been a beloved gathering place in the community for over four decades.
Established by Jeffrey and Kathleen Wallace in 1984, it has earned acclaim for its delectable offerings, notably their award-winning baby back ribs alongside other favorites like crab cakes, burgers, and enticing weekly specials.
As times have evolved, so has the Inn, now under the stewardship of Andrew Wallace, a classically trained chef hailing from the Culinary Institute of America. Nick Kaiser, Bucks County’s favorite mixologist and head chef Tim Jaroski serve fantastic weekly specials including Tim’s award-winning Crab Cakes.
Andrew’s culinary expertise converges with a newfound passion for brewing and distilling, heralding a new chapter for the quaint town of Churchville.
The Inn, now operating as Wallace Spirits & Ales with a freshly minted PA brewing and distilling license, promises patrons a delightful array of craft beers and spirits to savor both on-site and at home.
With plans to expand brewing and distilling operations throughout Lower and Central Bucks County, accompanied by the introduction of taprooms and additional dining destinations, the future is brimming with promise.
Spirit enthusiasts can indulge in an assortment of Irish whiskeys and tantalizing flavored vodkas perfect for crafting Crush cocktails.
For those enamored with fine whiskies, an extensive selection of Scotch and Irish varieties awaits discovery.
St. Patty’s Day Weekend beer specials will include a wide variety of $4 options – O’Connell’s Irish Stout, Abolish the Crown IPA, Wallace Sisters Wit, It’s My Island Porter, Our Day Will Come Red Ale, and Celtic Symphony Dry Hopped Pils.
