Join the Warwick Township Historical Society at the annual reenactment of the August, 1777 Neshaminy Encampment on Saturday, Aug. 17 from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. at the Moland House at 1641 Old York Rd. in Hartsville.
We will be commemorating George Washington and all of the men and women of the American Revolution who fought for our independence with the First Crossing Volunteer Regiment and other reenactors engaging in skirmishes and representations of colonial life.
Featured activities this year are: military drills, skirmishes between Rebels and Redcoats, a visit by George Washington, colonial music, an 18th century printing press, woodworking, gunsmithing, blacksmithing, colonial cooking, Penn’s Woods Puppet Theater, 18th century children’s toys and games, folk art, presentations by area historical societies, and tours of the historic Moland House.
The gift shop will be open, and light refreshments will be available for purchase.

Admission: Adults $10, Seniors (62+) and WTHS Members $5, Youth (5-18) $5, Families (parents with children, maximum 6 people) $20.
