The Mind Diet
Join McCaffrey’s Food Market’s Registered Dietitian, Jill Kwasny, for a fun, informative and free nutrition event featuring “The Mind Diet.” The MIND diet stands for “Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay.” In short, the MIND diet is a healthful eating pattern that incorporates the principles of both the Mediterranean and the DASH diet.
