Upcoming show celebrates “Bucks County”
All are invited and welcome to attend!
With national acclaim as a neo-impressionist artist, Fetterman is a major force as one of Bucks County’s premier artists. With a degree in philosophy from University of Pennsylvania and more than 50 solo shows, he presents an insightful stance that has helped to support and guide the arts throughout the region.
Painted mostly on Belgian linen, and occasionally on board or glass, his paintings all present a powerful sense of well-being and goodness. Completely self-taught, his work and style are his own.
Creating an archival high-quality painting in a beautiful frame has been his approach for more than 30 years.
Fetterman is recognized as an American artist with a direct allegiance to Bucks County. His work can be found in major collections and prominent public locations all throughout the region. He has created over a thousand pieces and his work is synonymous with Bucks County’s long-lasting tradition of being a Mecca for Fine Art and creative living.
“Bucks County has been my homeland for well over 60 years. The grounds and community around us is beyond just beautiful… It is sacred and amazing,” says Fetterman.
“For a lifetime it has nurtured my spirit and given me strength. With gratitude, I have devoted my life supporting and nurturing-back to this region we love. All of my art is created with reflection and reverence for this heartland we call home.”
His vibrant and powerful painterly qualities and ability to create art that gives the viewer a wonderful sense of brightness and joy reveals the reason he is one of the region’s most recognized and collected.
